GAME MASTER (Part Time at our Scarborough location)

**Duties**:

- Greet all customers warmly when they arrive, and provide prompt check-in service
- Make recommendations, explain rules and provide assistance as needed
- Process payments accurately and responsibly
- Explain escape room rules, themes, & background stories, and monitor game room progress and provide hints as needed
- Responsible for maintaining the general housekeeping of lobby, game rooms, and washrooms

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Enthusiastic and outgoing
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments
- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't require constant direction
- Organized and have attention to detail
- A good team player
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
