We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Foreman to lead our team of mechanics and technicians in our busy auto shop. As the Automotive Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining the highest standard of quality in vehicle repairs and maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and productivity. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Work Allocation: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, considering their individual expertise and workload. Ensure that repair jobs and maintenance services are completed within established timeframes.

Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of completed work to ensure that repairs and services meet the shop's quality standards and adhere to manufacturer specifications.

Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to mechanics when troubleshooting complex issues or encountering challenging repairs.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, creating a safe working environment for everyone.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient operations.

Customer Service: Collaborate with the service representatives to address customer inquiries, provide updates on repair status, and resolve any customer concerns.

Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and arrange or facilitate training sessions to enhance their skills and keep them updated with the latest automotive technologies.

Workflow Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity in the workshop.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and parts used, ensuring proper documentation for billing and warranty purposes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within an automotive repair shop.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures across various makes and models.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle technical challenges and allocate resources efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer software and diagnostic tools for automotive repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the automotive industry.
- Valid G license is a must

**Salary**: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
