Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Professor to join our prestigious institution. As an Associate Professor, you will play a vital role in educating and mentoring medical and dental students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic community. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach medical and dental students
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops
- Use a variety of instructional methods, including traditional classroom teaching, online learning platforms (LMS), and educational technology tools
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters
- Conduct research in your area of expertise and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic activities
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program improvement
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in your field and incorporate them into your teaching

**Experience**:

- A MBBS, MD, BDS, DDS or PhD holder
- Previous 3 years experience as an Assistant Professor or equivalent position
- Demonstrated expertise in Medical Sciences through publications, presentations, or research projects
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and educational technology tools (e.g., Blackboard)
- Proven ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
