Our mission is to create a cozy spot where customers can enjoy high-quality beverages and connect with friends and family. We are looking for passionate and friendly individuals to join our team as Baristas and help us deliver an unforgettable experience to our customers.

**Position: Barista**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, adhering to our high standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Educate customers on our menu and products, making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe, including the espresso machine and other equipment.
- Assist with cashier duties, handle transactions accurately, and manage the point-of-sale system.
- Support the team with opening and closing duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for coffee.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.

Pay: $16.55-$23.00 per hour
