Based in **Parry Sound**, **the **Cleaning/Gardening Property Technician **will report to the Property Manager and will have a wide range of duties which ultimately focus on helping achieve the overall maintenance and improvement of our clients’ properties.

**What You’ll Do**:
The Cleaning/Gardening Property Technician will be part of the Property Management team within TULLOCH’s Contract Administration division. You will:

- Assist the Property Manager with maintenance responsibilities on large Muskoka properties, including but not limited to:

- Interior: home cleaning, organizing, laundry
- Exterior: planting and maintaining gardens, weeding, mulch, etc.
- Wear PPE and adhere to TULLOCH’s Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Follow safe handling procedures for use of cleaning products

- You are able to work part-time to full-time hours, including weekends or stat holidays when required
- Loves organizing, tiding, and cleaning both indoors and outdoors
- Enjoys working independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working with a wide range of cleaning products
- Present and on-time, ready to work each and every shift
- Physically capable of navigating rough terrain and undertaking manual work for extended periods
- You can respond quickly to changing demands
- You are willing to travel between client sites

- High motivation with results-oriented focus
- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
- A valid Class G driver’s licence is considered an asset
