Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Follow predetermined routes and schedules
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information and assistance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with passengers and provide clear instructions
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks and address minor issues that may arise during transit
- Experience working with senior care or children is a plus, as it requires patience, empathy, and the ability to handle various needs of passengers
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse communities
- Ability to educate passengers on safety procedures and enforce rules when necessary
- Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication with passengers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- driving: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License Class 2 (air brakes preferred) (required)
