You MUST have a valid G driver's license and your own vehicle with your own insurance which would then allow us to be able to add you to our company vehicle insurance. You MUST have a clean Criminal Record and be available to work every other weekend.

**The job involves but is not limited**:

- Perform cleaning tasks as per schedule.
- Work with other staff to ensure cleaning is maintained with Binx standards.
- Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies and products and addressing repairs or replacement as needed.
- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
- Able to work independently and work well with others
- Being responsible for handling keys and alarm codes

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Previous team leader experience an asset

**Expectations are as follows**:

- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Training will be provided
- Ability to work independently as well as with a partner or as a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual with dedicated professionalism to your job and duties.
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules or routines
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
- General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Flexible working hours

**Salary**:

- $17.80/hour
