**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day food service operations for guest groups and camps, including food ordering, cooking, serving, and kitchen preparation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety within the kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with ACA (Alberta Camping Association), CCI (Christian Camping International), and health and safety regulations, as well as local, provincial, and federal standards.
- Manage all aspects of food service operations throughout the year, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the year-round Alberta Pioneer Camp team to support various camp initiatives and activities as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a camp or institutional setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.

Licence/Certification:
