**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Salary**:Start from yearly $90,000 to $100,000, grow based on performance up to $150,000**

**Qualifications**:

- years of experience in project management in a related industry.
- **Proven success in managing complex projects.**:

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiar with local construction suppliers, subcontractors.
- Get quote from contractors and suppliers
- Familiar the construction process including trade such as mechanical, electrical, concrete, structure, civil work and so on
- Familiar and can read details about structure, architecture, mechanical drawings

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and leadership.
- Review work progress on a daily basis and schedule deliveries and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and plan ahead to prevent problems on site.
- Manage and mitigate risks by adhering to safety and health guidelines.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, construction managers, and clients to ensure all parties are on the same page.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
