Heavy Civil Division - Civil - Project Manager/Estimator

B&B Contracting possesses a strong reputation in the civil construction industry, with a history of continuous growth and strong financial stability. B&B is currently seeking two **Project Manager/Estimators** to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding career that provides opportunity to grow within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager/Estimator will proactively source projects to bid, complete proposals, submit tenders, and manage projects through to completion. Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Collaborating with stakeholders including clients, engineers, architects, and sub-trades to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs. And project controls.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Or comparable experience.
- 10-15 years prior experience in project management and estimation within the construction industry. Compensation will be based on past experience level
- Proficient in project management software (knowledge of HeavyBid is an asset), cost estimating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
