GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER, PLATFORM -
Summary/Objective
As we look to accelerate our growth, we are seeking a hands-on product leader to lead the Platform Value Pillar as a Group PM, Platform, reporting to the Vice President of Product Management. The Platform Value Pillar exists to deliver innovative solutions to allow our customers to manage their quality management processes efficiently. As the Product Pillar Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of PMs and own the definition/execution of the product strategy to extend ETQ’s QMS capabilities in a highly competitive market. You'll develop and maintain the team’s user obsession and focus work on the highest impact problems. Through collaboration with stakeholders and within the team, you will develop the Product Pillar Roadmap, factoring in the company strategy, KPI’s, business objectives and quantitative/qualitative data to properly prioritize efforts against stated goals, leading your team to create measurable positive business outcomes for ETQ and its customers.

Essential functions
Define the product vision and strategy for your pillar by understanding the competitive landscape and user needs.
Set high-level priorities for the team as informed by business strategy and quantifiable justification and translate into product roadmap.
Be part of the product org leadership team.
Coach and mentor PMs within the team.
Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to research and identify unmet customer needs and define requirements.
Identify new opportunities that align with and support overarching business priorities and product strategy.
Drive cross-functional initiatives & alignment with other pillars.
Define primary and secondary research plans, including quantitative research, customer interviews, focus groups, etc., to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions.
Work internally with key functional groups (engineering, marketing, product, sales, etc.) as well as externally with customers and partners to drive the business.
Maintain the security and privacy of ETQ’s information assets.

**Qualifications**:
7+ years of SaaS B2B/B2B2C product management experience; +2 years of managing and mentoring at least two product managers.

Customer focus: You are passionate about making customers happy and successful. Your deep empathy for the user guides your thinking and decision making; you can distill user feedback to identify problem areas and come up with creative and flexible approach to address the needs of the user.
Lead by influence: You understand that you execute through others; you can set a vision and a direction and get the team excited about their work.
Data driven: You possess superior analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and have demonstrated track record for using insights to drive decision making; you are able to define KPIs for your product and team.
Effective collaborator: You have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and you are capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (including marketing, engineering, sales, and support, and customers)
Ability to manage and drive multiple product roadmaps.
Quick learner, self-motivated, scrappy & resourceful, that can persevere in face of challenges and setbacks.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in at least one of the following: Quality Management Systems, EHS/ESG Systems, MES, ERP Systems
MBA or other master’s degree
Startup or equivalent “intrapreneurial” experience driving business results
