À propos du poste:

- Horaire standard du lundi au vendredi avec l’exigence d’être flexible et de pouvoir ajuster ses heures pour le travail de fin de semaine et en soirée, au besoin
- Consigner et documenter tous les problèmes dans le Bureau de service de la TI et créer des « solutions » libre-service pour les problèmes récurrents
- Diagnostiquer et réparer le matériel informatique
- Maintenir et créer des images des postes de travail et des portables avec Endpoint Central
- Tenir à jour l’inventaire des biens de TI en veillant à ce que tous les déplacements de matériel informatique soient enregistrés
- Maintenir, diagnostiquer et trouver des solutions aux portables de diagnostic des garages, en veillant à ce que tous les EPI (lunettes de sécurité et gilets réfléchissants) soient portés dans les garages ou les cours.
- Tenir à jour une liste précise de portables de diagnostic des garages, des adaptateurs et des licences de logicielles pour Premium Tech Tool, Cummins Insite, Paccar Davies Tools, Meritor Wabco
- Collaborer avec d’autres membres de l’équipe des TI pour diagnostiquer et documenter les problèmes de fiabilité ou de rendement du système
- Assurer la liaison avec l’équipe des TI à Edmonton et mettre l’équipe des TI au courant des projets, des problèmes nouveaux ou en cours et des tendances en matière de TI.
- Autres tâches au besoin.

Expérience et compétences:

- Excellentes compétences de communication et de service à la clientèle
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Nécessite les certificats de l’industrie ou un diplôme d’une école de technologie
- Être à l’aise de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et être capable de travailler de façon autonome
- Les opérations de l’entreprise se déroulent en français. Doit parler français couramment. Être bilingue est un atout.

About the position:

- Standard Monday to Friday schedule with requirement to be flexible and adjust hours for weekend and evening work on an as needed basis
- Record and document all issues in the IT service desk, and create end user self-service ‘solutions’ for re-occurring issues
- Diagnose and repair desktop and notebook pc hardware
- Maintain and develop desktop and notebook images with Endpoint Central
- Maintain the IT asset inventory, ensuring all movements of IT equipment are noted
- Maintain, diagnose, and trouble-shoot shop diagnostic notebooks, ensuring all PPE (safety glasses & reflective vests) are worn when in truck shops or yards
- Maintain an accurate list of shop diagnostic notebooks, adapters, and software lic
