Gym Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness facility
- Manage and lead a team of fitness instructors and staff members
- Develop and implement fitness programs and classes for members
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members
- Provide excellent customer service and address member concerns or inquiries
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of fitness instructors and staff
- Create and manage the fitness department budget
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies to enhance member experience

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and cash handling
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff members
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, techniques, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to communicate with a diverse membership base

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
