**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to animals while assisting veterinarians in various clinical procedures. Your expertise in laboratory techniques and animal care will be essential in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.

**Duties**
- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures.
- Perform laboratory tests, including blood work, urinalysis, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Monitor and record vital signs of animals before, during, and after procedures.
- Prepare animals for surgery, including anesthesia administration and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for both animals and staff by following sanitation protocols.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing excellent veterinary care.

Pay: $20.45-$28.78 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
