Osteopathy

Care Plus Physiotherapy is looking to add an osteopath manual practitioner to its team at Mississauga location.
- Provide osteopathic care to patients.
- Utilize osteopathic techniques to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions related to pain management, acute care, pediatrics, and patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans.
- Document patient information accurately using medical terminology and electronic health record systems like Epic.
- Conduct physical examinations, assess medical histories, and perform osteopathic manipulative treatments.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a valid license to practice osteopathy.
- Demonstrated experience in providing osteopathic care in diverse settings including acute care, pediatrics, and home care.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
