**Position: Branch Manager**

The Branch will be working with customers to find the best solutions for their safety needs, creating strategies for sales success, and maintaining a positive workplace. In order for the branch(es) to be successful, the Branch Manager must also help other junior managers and staff achieve their performance goals. They must create a welcoming environment for staff and customers, and help resolve any issues either group may have.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales team in order to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure that all sales contracts are properly signed, properly documented, and correctly processed.
- Ensure that all paperwork relating to contracts is properly signed, properly documented, and correctly processed.
- Develop and implement a winning sales strategy for the branch.
- Work with customers to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Work with internal team members to ensure that sales goals are achieved on a daily basis.
- Identify and solicit potential clients
- Assess clients' needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms.
- Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, or other materials to illustrate the benefits of products and or services.
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Consult with clients after the sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain the technical product or service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about goods or services.
- Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends.
- May offer training in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform administrative duties in the office as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree is an asset but not required; preferably in business administration or accounting.
- Two to three years of related experience preferred; preferably in the Safety industry or other retail environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively is required.
- Strong attention to detail required, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines are strongly preferred.
- Strong Leadership Skills is preferred
- Strong strategic acumen for leading growth opportunities.
- Ability to multitask on a variety of projects.
- Understanding of financials and related products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,122.58-$65,933.39 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
