Pastaggio is an artisan, small batch fresh pasta company based out of Coho Commissary located at 1370 E Georgia Street, Vancouver. We make a variety of fresh pasta's, sauces, ready to bake meals & bake fresh sourdough focaccia daily. We can be found at local 6-8 local farmer's markets weekly, local events, produce for retail & have an operational ghost kitchen 6 days a week.

We are looking for energetic, experienced & hardworking people to join our team

**Job role as follows**:

- Make and portion fresh pasta & sauces
- Working with pizza & bread dough
- Assist with ghost kitchen

**Hours**:

- Part time 20-25 per week or full time 40 hours a week

Hours are as follows:

- Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm (full time)
- Mon-Fri: 9am - 2pm (part time)
- Mon-Fri: 12pm - 5pm (part time)
- Mon-Fri: 1pm - 9pm (full time)
- Weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) are also available

The Pastaggio cook role is perfect for someone who:

- Loves pasta & is interested in learning the craft
- Has attention to detail & sense of urgency
- Can stand for long periods of time/8 hours, crouch, lift 20kg
- Punctual, reliable & energetic
- Foodsafe level 1 certified preferred
- Two years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
- Experience working with pizza & bread dough

**Dress**
- Casual, kitchen attire

*Must be able to reliably commute to work, Vancouver V5L 2A8.

**Salary**
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-50 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- VANCOUVER, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
