Custodian

The Farm in Stouffville is a private, residential, mental health and addiction treatment centre located Stouffville, Ontario.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Perform professional residential/office cleaning services including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, wipe downs and other final touches
- Laundry service (cloths, towels, bedding, etc...)
- Conduct Standard, Deep and Vacancy Cleanings
- Ensure a clean and orderly environment
- Sterilize various high touch surfaces and equipment
- Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Use various equipment and cleaning supplies on different surfaces and appliances

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Punctuality
- Consent to and Pass Background Check & Reference Checks
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can also work independently

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
