As a member of the PM Ancaster team, the IT Coordinator reports to General Manager. The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing front line support to network users.

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Installation of all divisional software and hardware- Provide network and phone access to all employees- Educate all users regarding network usage and protocols- Configure all PC’s to run on the network- Monitors performance and maintains integrity of PM-A servers, network, cabling, etc.- Activate/manage corporate cell phone allocation- Implementation of IT related projects, both software and hardware- Liaise with corporate IT for integrated support issues- Manage IT purchases for the facility (e.g. computers, cables, printers, switches)- Disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements- Support Stackpole’s SMART Manufacturing initiatives (AI/ML)- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives- Adheres to Stackpole’s policies and procedures- Adheres and supports Stackpole’s Safety and Environmental policies and practices- Ensure the requirements of the Quality Management System, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 are conformed to- Perform other related duties as required.

Our requirements:

- Qualifications:_- Degree/diploma in computer studies, or equivalent experience and/or industry certifications
- Technical & Skill Requirements:_- Expert in Windows 7, 10- Knowledge of AS400- Knowledge of CMS an asset- Knowledge of Cisco IP Office platform an asset- Expert in Windows Server 2008/2012, Hyper-V and Active directory an asset- Familiar with manufacturing environment- Excellent computer skills- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization.- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT (including Physical Demands):
- Time spent in both office and shop floor environments- Day shift hours.- Off shift support may be required at times either remotely or onsite depending on the nature of the issue
