Ability to work independently with discipline and METICULOUS attention to detail.

Able to handle heavy machinery and power tools.

Work sites are across GTA, mainly in East York, Downtown, Etobicoke and some North York locations.

Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs.

3-6 years of Experience in specific field of renovation.

Criminal Background Check may be conducted upon consent.

Potential Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Skilled renovation skills: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
- Working at Heights (preferred)
