Primoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries and include services covering tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, and pipeline integrity services.

**SUMMARY**

The HSE Administrator will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and supporting the HSE function.

**Anticipated Start Date**:2023-01-02

**Location**: CNRL Horizon - Fort McMurray, AB

**Shift**: Monday-Friday, 10-hour days (OT after 8 hours)

**Accommodation**: Camp Provided

**Travel**: Flights provided from Edmonton and Calgary

**JOB DUTIES**
- Prequalification Site Management (ISN, Avetta, ComplyWorks, CQN, SMI, Etc.),
- Data entry support for HSE and Document Control,
- Complete hazard control inventory of the HSE Manual,
- Conduct internal training as required (orientations, FLHA, BBO, etc),
- Re-brand documentation,
- Upload training and other documents to Intelex,
- Assist with HSE project planning OHA, SSSP, and JSA development,
- Build monthly reports for meetings
- Organize and update employee files
- Assist HSE Advisors
- Various other duties as requested by management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 0 - 2 years of previous administration or HSE experience
- NCSO designation or OH&S certificate would be considered an asset
- Standard First Aid would be considered an asset

**SKILLS**
- Knowledge in OH&S legislation, safety management systems, and operational hazards & controls within an industrial setting would be considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Able to interact with varying groups of people
- Detail-orientated
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in use of MS Office products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
- Organized and self-motivated
