Responsibilities and Duties

**Membership Sales** — We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all. Remember, you are hired to inspire.

**Club Promotional Marketing** — We love the creative "guerilla" type marketing We do use traditional marketing strategies (television, radio, newspaper, direct mail, etc.), but we really prefer the creative stuff. A good understanding of how to use social media is a plus.

**Community Involvement** — We love being a part of the local community—even if it means working on a Saturday. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business. We actively participate in the local Chamber of Commerce and community-sponsored events.

**Ventes d'adhésion**:

Nous aurons quelques séances de formation en personne avec vous pour montrer comment aller de l'avant avec les ventes d'adhésion et comment surmonter la plupart des barrages.

**Construction d'équipe**:

- diriger une équipe et les résultats de conduite par la motivation et le plaisir est un élément clé pour assurer le succès dans la position. Votre équipe de base se compose d'entraineurs personnels et de personnel à temps partiel.

**Expérience des membres**:

- l'aspect le plus important de tous Est-ce-que votre club "Rock"? Est-ce-que vos membres vous aiment? Aiment-ils l'environnement que vous créez à l'intérieur du club? Sont-ils inspirés de partager leur expérience avec leurs amis, leur famille et leurs collègues?
