Store Clerk/cashier

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate Laptop which is used as out POS system (knowledge of Sage would be considered an asset) and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed
- Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Reliable as the job is every weekend (Saturdays 10-4 and Sundays 12-4)

The ability to work other days when needed to cover appointments, vacations, sick days, would be considered an asset.
