**Job Title**

Delivery Lead - AWS

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the implementation and delivery of platform capabilities in our public cloud (with a focus on AWS).

This individual will lead the development efforts for our platform, collaborate with Engineers, meet with clients, navigate compliance and risk assessment and remediate and ensure that capabilities are enabled in a safe, secure, resilient and scalable manner. This individual should be driven by adoption of the AWS cloud platform.

**What will you do?**
Help upgrade, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage RBC’s Public cloud services in AWS.
- Work closely with our product managers and engineering teams (AWS, Azure and Core) teams to deliver new features in a reusable manner
- Collaborate with security (GCS) to ensure that capabilities are delivered in a manner that meets our cloud control objectives.
- Work with our team of developers to help implement technologies that promote (and sometimes enforce) best development practices.
- Act as an evangelist with development communities to help them understand the value of containerized infrastructures and immutable infrastructure.

**EXECUTION AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE**

**Leads the planning, implementation and delivery of cloud platform capabilities**
Responsible for timelines, delivery and execution of roadmap for AWS platform

**Deliver workshops and educational session to share progress in AWS**

**Participate in Roadmap refinement with Product, Adoption and Engineering to provide feedback on what customers have leveraged and implemented in terms of products and services and to identify patterns for us to implement for more general usage**
