**A private estate is looking for a skilled estate manager.**

and has experience in residential property management, managing different types and sizes of properties, along with overseeing a team.

Must be willing to travel and has a meticulous approach for maintaining luxury properties and is seeking to be part of a growing team.

Plenty of room for growth, the sky's the limit

**Tasks**:
Arranging property maintenance, and resolving any issues that might arise.

Track budget variances.

Making sure property finances are up to date and in order.

Coordinate large renovation projects.

Hire, train and lead site staff, and liaise with site staff to prioritize repairs, general building maintenance and cleaning.

Ensure that work performed on the properties adheres to safety standards for site staff and contractors.

Analyzing problems with properties and make recommendations on potential solutions and courses of action

Coordinates, supervises and follows up with trade professionals such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, landscapers, etc.

Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment

Overseeing daily administration of the property

Be readily available to handle occasional after hour emergencies

Estates are located in Montebello and Mont-Tremblant areas

et a de l'expérience dans la gestion de propriétés résidentielles, la gestion de différents types et tailles de propriétés, ainsi que la gestion d'une équipe.

Il doit être prêt à voyager et avoir une approche méticuleuse de l'entretien des propriétés de luxe et cherche à faire partie d'une équipe en pleine croissance.

Il y a beaucoup de place pour la croissance, le ciel est la limite

Tâches:
Assurer l'entretien de la propriété, et résoudre les problèmes qui pourraient survenir.

Suivre les variations budgétaires.

S'assurer que les finances de la propriété sont à jour et en ordre.

Coordonner les grands projets de rénovation.

Embaucher, former et diriger le personnel du site, et assurer la liaison avec le personnel du site pour établir les priorités en matière de réparations, d'entretien général des bâtiments et de nettoyage.

S'assurer que les travaux effectués sur les propriétés respectent les normes de sécurité pour le personnel du site et les entrepreneurs.

Analyser les problèmes des propriétés et faire des recommandations sur les solutions et les plans d'action potentiels

Coordonner, superviser et assurer le suivi des professionnels de métier tels que les électriciens, les plombiers, les menuisiers, les paysagistes, etc.

Superviser l'installation, l'entretien et la réparation des équipements

Superviser l'administration quotidienne de la propriété

Gérer les urgences occasionnelles après les heures de travail

Dépanner et répondre aux problèmes concernant l'installation en dehors des heures de travail.
