We are based out of Chilliwack, and our firm has been continuously growing for over 36 years. We are an accounting firm, but we are NOT seeking an accountant for this position. That said, basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge would be an asset. We have developed a new position within the office due to a high volume of work. We are currently seeking a **Workflow Co-ordinator** to join our team on a full-time basis.
The **Workflow Co-ordinator** will:
- Make phone calls to gather missing information from clients
- Schedule work and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure files flow through different stages in a timely manner
- Oversee a group of accountants and ensure files don’t get stuck in one stage
- Coordinate incoming files
- Manage worklists and workloads
- Think outside the box to find solutions to problems that may occur
The Workflow Co-ordinator will have the following essential skills:
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with our clients
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Able to take initiative and work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent organization and multi tasking skills
- Good with numbers
- Able to effectively collaborate with management and staff
- Efficient with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Experience of working in a professional office will be an advantage.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
