We are in an higher end "institutional" setting and some of our clients may be GF, Lactose Intolerant, Low sodium, Low fat, allergies, etc...We cook three meals a day for about 85 clients and 20 staff...the specialty meals could vary from one to several every day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes

**Skills**:

- Excellent cooking skills with a thorough understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- food handler cert
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and management
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
