**THE ROLE**

As the Inbound SDR & Early Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth by owning the review of incoming leads and the activation of qualified users. You will be responsible for ensuring that high risk sign-ups are assessed for fraud prevention, and that qualified users are nurtured and quickly moved through the activation and onboarding process. The Inbound SDR & Early Onboarding Specialist’s role is critical to the success of the organization as it serves as the first point of contact for new signups. You will provide a swift response to incoming lead inquiries, identify use cases, and provide a clear value proposition. You will follow the established process for lead categorization and automation and provide as-needed assistance to new signups. The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will work closely with other members of the business team.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Perform SDR functions by maintaining the pipeline and reviewing new signups.
- Support fraud prevention through the monitoring of our dashboard, as well as identifying high-risk purchase attempts and supporting regular users affected by the fraud prevention system.
- Guide smooth new-user enablement.
- Maintain automated onboarding process and evaluate health and conversion of product-activated users.
- Measure and monitor related metrics, including Time to Basic Value and onboarding CSAT responses.
- Collaborate with other business departments, including Product, Sales, Support, Success and Marketing.

**WHAT YOU CAN BRING**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, account management, or onboarding for a SaaS or tech company.
- High attention to detail and a diligent care for accuracy.
- Passion for attracting new customers
- Learning mindset
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships and consensus
