Insulation Manager

**Job Description**:
This office-based role will coordinate and manage the insulators on multiple client sites. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insulation Manager to join our team.

This permanent position is based in our office in Sherwood Park or Whitecourt. This role will work on a Monday-to-Friday schedule._**

**What would you be doing?**
- Oversee various crews of Insulators ranging in skill and experience level.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements and select the type of insulation required.
- Plan and schedule work for a variety of insulation projects in the area.
- Visit sites to meet with client stakeholders.
- Communicate project needs to various levels within the organization.

**Does**
**this sound like you?**
- 10 years experience managing or coordinating insulator scopes of work.
- Valid Insulator Journeyperson ticket or proof of journeyperson hours.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of soft cover blankets.
