**The Role**:
Do you want to spend your summer working in one of Whistler’s top adventure destinations? The Adventure Group offers an exciting mix of outdoor activities, from ziplining to axe throwing and aerial obstacle courses. Our team members are cross-trained across all activities to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional experiences to every part of our business. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love creating unforgettable guest moments, this is the job for you
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead or assist in The Adventure Group’s summer activities including, but not limited to: Ziplining, Aerial Obstacle Course, Axe Throwing, and Cafe operations.
- Provide exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, easing nerves and building excitement.
- Conduct tour and activity prep: process guest waivers and reservations, verify bookings, and check equipment.
- Prioritize safety with equipment checks and adherence to protocols.
- Provide detailed product knowledge on all tours and activities.
- Prepare and serve café food & beverages, handling transactions via POS machines.
- Build and maintain relationships with re-sellers and tour partners.
**Requirements**:
- Basic first aid (16-hour)
- Passion for outdoor adventure and guest engagement.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Previous experience in outdoor adventure tourism is a plus but not required—training provided

- $19.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience.
