**About us**

Aqua Force Industrial Services Inc. is a small business in Hamilton, ON L8E 3P2. We are a customer-centric High Pressure Water blast company that are often tasked with cleaning of challenging and demanding installations of our long standing clients. We are seeking to fill operator positions immediately.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Experience in industrial Cleaning preferred but not required.
- On-the-job training
- Safe work environment
- Previous experience with Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Aerial Lifting Device operation an asset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts/hours
- Clean driving record and Glass G license required to drive pick up truck and small straight trucks.
- Two years commercial driving experience of vehicles in excess of 4600kg RGVW and experience with daily pre-trip inspection reports.
- Safe inspection and operation of vehicle(s) to job site.
- Abide by all of the customers safety requirements, rules and protocols.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment including Safety permits, Hazzard assessments and isolations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Choose proper tools to High Pressure Water blast up to 15k and Hot Water pressure wash.
- Comfortable in often tight, wet, hot, cold, extremely dirty spaces and environments. All customers are heavy industrial manufacturing sites.
- Wiling to be clean shaven or free of facial hair when required as dictated by client.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Be able to perform tasks while wearing all required PPE which will be supplied.

Unconventional shift times and schedules due to industry. Must be available to start as early as 5:30am with an emphasis on punctuality. Most shifts are 8hr day shifts but occasionally longer to complete projects or travel to and from site (paid)

**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
