**BASIC FUNCTION**

The Cashier ensures an excellent experience for their guests by exceeding expectations and taking, assembling, and serving orders accurately. The Cashier cares for their guests, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty. The Cashier also ensures the dining room is kept clean and presentable, and contributes to achieving A&W operating standards for the restaurant.

**DUTIES**:

- Greeting guests upon arrival
- Serving guests warmly with clear and pleasant communication
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of facilities:Cleaning and maintaining facility and equipment, paying special attention to washrooms, dining room, counter, and drive thru areas. Cleaning trays, mugs, plates, cutlery, etc.
- Other related tasks

**CAISSIER/CAISSIÈRE**

**FONCTION PREMIÈRE**

Le caissier ou la caissière offre une excellente expérience aux invités en dépassant leurs attentes et en prenant les commandes, en rassemblant les articles et en servant le tout correctement. Le caissier ou la caissière s’occupe des invités d’abord et avant tout, en leur offrant un service amical et attentionné afin de les fidéliser. De plus, le caissier ou la caissière veille à ce que la salle à manger soit propre et présentable, et contribue au respect des normes d’exploitation d’A&W dans le restaurant.

- Appréciez un service aux invités exceptionnel et savez ce qu’il faut pour offrir ce service de premier ordre à chaque invité et à chacune de leurs visites;
- Aimez apprendre; grâce à la formation en ligne et à la formation pratique, vous apprendrez comment préparer des aliments parfaits selon les recettes standards ou adaptés à chaque invité;
- Acceptez le changement et êtes enthousiaste de mettre en œuvre les nouveautés présentées par A&W;
- Accordez de l’importance à la souplesse, c’est-à-dire que vous êtes disponible pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles comme tôt le matin, le soir, le week-end, la nuit, le soir ou les jours fériés;
- Aimez travailler en équipe et ensemble comme partenaires pour mener les tâches à bien dans l’environnement dynamique du monde de la restauration rapide.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES**
- Traiter les commandes et rassembler les articles pour les invités (service au comptoir et au volant) :accepter, entrer et traiter les coupons en fonction de la politique applicable;
- Choisir les articles demandés dans les aires de service ou d’entreposage et les rassembler sur un plateau de service ou dans un sac pour emporter;
- Préparer les boissons froides et chaudes à l’aide de divers appareils de distribution de boissons et les servir;
- Suivre les lignes directrices habituelles et vous tenir au courant des normes d’A&W (connaissance des produits, mises à jour du menu, promotions, etc.).
- Nettoyer et entretenir les installations et l’équipement, en portant une attention particulière aux toilettes publiques, à la salle à manger, à l’aire de service et à l’aire de travail du service au volant;
- Nettoyer les plateaux, les tasses, les assiettes, les ustensiles, etc.;
- Toute autre tâche connexe
