Main Responsibilities:
Shipping/receiving duties.

Maintaining shop supplies and equipment in good order.

Managing inventory levels in both the parts stock area and warehouse; count inventory as required.

Communicating effectively with vendors and customers.

Handling skids, boxes, and loose materials.

Stocking materials within the warehouse and production.

Performing monthly physical inventory and regular cycle counting.

Maintaining a record of the outstanding purchase orders.

Monitors shipments to ensure that purchase order information matches the shipment. This can include the quantity and quality of materials.

Assisting Parts and Service Coordinators as required.

Performing all duties in a safe manner; reading and following all Genrep Health & Safety policies.

Following all company policies and procedures.

Upholding a strong safety culture, performing duties in a safe and effective manner and following all Genrep, provincial and federal safety standards and guidelines.

Desired Skill, Knowledge, and Experience:
A commitment to safety

Computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office at a basic level, is required

Highly organized and structured approach to completing tasks

Team player with a desire to learn

Ability to work independently, show initiative and practice solid decision making

Exceptional time management skills with ability to multi‐task, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with a deep attention to detail.

**Salary**: $15.92-$18.02 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
