**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for start-up, picking up formulas, and reviewing the mixing schedule
- Scale ingredients accurately according to current and up-to-date formulas
- Assist with the loading of ingredients into the mixer
- Ensure batters are finished in a timely manner - preventing downtime between batches
- Ensure all variances to formulas are noted and reported to the Lead hand and Supervisor
- Document all ingredients & lot numbers used throughout the shift
- Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and cleanliness of ingredient bins
- Inform the Lead hand and Supervisor of any quality issues immediately
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP manual
- Adhere to GMPs, food safety practices, and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
- Perform all other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
- Must be a team player who is dependable and punctual
- Effective communication is essential.
- Must have excellent attendance and work habits
- Experience with GMP and safety awareness
- Trained in the operation of the electric pump truck
