**We are looking for a** **Controller, Corporate Finance to join our team in our Montreal office**

As a Controller, Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for the company's financial accounting and reporting.

**Your day as a Controller, Corporate Finance**

**Financial accounting**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements of the holding company and internal consolidated;
- Analyze accounting implications of complex transactions and handle shareholder files;
- Coordinate the preparation of annual consolidated budgets;
- Calculate ratios and monitor cash flow;
- Draft, revise, and monitor accounting policies and internal control procedures;
- Monitor and manage national insurance premium financing agreements;
- Act as an advisor to management concerning its expertise.

**Financial information disclosure**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated corporate financial information;
- Follow up on financial information analysis needs to meet the requirements of management and our partners;
- Participate in and coordinate work and presentations to the Audit Committee;
- Budget;
- Prepare CFO presentations and communications to the Board of Directors and Annual General Meeting;
- Work on special projects.
- University degree in accounting or finance
- CPA professional designation
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience (accounting or external audit)
- Perfect command of written and spoken French and English
- Mastery of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with experience in producing financial information for various committees;
- Detail-oriented, thoroughness, ability to manage deadlines and good at prioritizing tasks
- Respect for deadlines and management of priorities
- Dynamic, autonomous, proactive and responsible
