Ideal Banquet Server contenders are interested in consistently making a positive impact on guest experiences at the resort, every day, all day. Banquet Servers operate in a specialized role, in our critically important group business sector, spending most of their time functioning in a client-facing capacity, during live events. Banquet Servers are extremely important members of our F&B team, and because of the nature of their role, it’s important that our Banquet Servers are reliable, maintain a positive attitude, are able to manage their day-to-day stresses in a professional manner, are highly collaborative, enjoy working in a team environment, are very well organized, can take direction but can also self-direct, and truly enjoy working with people, of all types, in all scenarios.

We are located just 7 minutes outside of the Prince Albert National Park, surrounded by the boreal forest, pristine lakes, and natural wildlife. Elk Ridge also offers a dynamic array of activities, including a 27-hole championship Golf Course, onsite partnerships with Drift Spa, Treeosix Adventure Parks, and Lake Country Rentals, as well as a number of onsite activities, such as skating, skiing, snowshoeing, curling, crokicurl, hiking, indoor pool, waterslide, and hot tub, and more Elk Ridge, and the surrounding areas of the Lakeland Region and the Prince Albert National Park, are rich with nature and outdoor experiences. Which, over the years, has solidified Elk Ridge Resort’s status as a four-season paradise.

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
