Go For Game is seeking an enthusiast in Pokemon sports cards, collectibles, and Pokemon VGC with basic knowledge of social media platforms. Typical duties and responsibilities (with paid training) would include but is not limited to:
- Market products on the eBay site, using well-established selling procedures and techniques
- Respond to customers’ inquiries regarding products, and shipment, ensuring that the right type and amount of information is forwarded.
- Go through order files to determine the quantity and type of products ordered.
- Look through the online and physical inventory to assess the availability of products
- Pick, pack, label, and ship products to the customer, and provide delivery timelines
- Respond to customer complaints regarding service and product quality, aiming to address their issues
- Oversee the inventory to ensure product availability, and assess stock situations
- Create and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that products are delivered timely
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding payment options, band process credit, and debit card payments
- Process trade-ins of singles
- Helping out with sorting bulk as necessary
- Will help organize Pokemon related events in store
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 17-24 hours
**Salary**: $16-$18 per hour (will start at $16 hour for training and probationary period, then once that is passed will increase to $18/hr)
Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 4-9 PM
- Thursdays: 1-9 PM
- Fridays: 5-9 PM
- Additional hours will be offered to cover other employees and for any potential trade shows or conventions we are at
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
