**Qualifications**:

- As per the Education Act and Regulations, unless otherwise specified.**Appointment of Occasional Teachers in Long Term Assignments**:

- on a date determined to meet a Board staffing requirement; or,
- the last teaching day before the return date of the absent teacher; or,
- by no later than the last teaching day of the current school year.

This assignment may end sooner than the posted end date.
