We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Events Ambassadors. As an Events Ambassador, you will represent our company at various events and engage with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and book appointments for our sales representatives for bathroom, kitchen, roofing, and basement renovation services. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are outgoing, persuasive, and enjoy interacting with people.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend events, trade shows, exhibitions, and community gatherings to promote our renovation services.
- Approach and engage with event attendees to create awareness about our company and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our bathroom, kitchen, roofing, and basement renovation offerings.
- Build rapport with potential clients and answer their questions regarding our services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their renovation needs and interests.
- Book appointments with interested individuals for our sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of booked appointments.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment bookings.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Assist with event set up of the booth/ take down of the booth
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and connect with people.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various events.
