**Hours**:27** Hrs/Bi-Weekly
**Salary**: $25.17- $25.44 per hour (Start rate: $25.17 per hour in accordance with collective agreement requirements)
**Status**:Permanent Part-Time
**Shifts**:Sunday-Friday 1830-2300

**Duties**
- Attend required education and safety training.
- Assist in training new personnel in all required job functions.
- Collecting, packaging, and disposing of all garbage.
- Replenish supplies in washrooms.
- Perform cleaning duties - sweeping, dusting, disinfecting, and washing of assigned areas.
- Porter patients to and from appointments to TUC Dialysis Suite.
- Communicate changes in schedule to Clinic’s Administrative Assistant.
- Coordinate transportation, as needed.
- Porter patients to and from other clinic appointments including external appointments.
- Deliver patient records, appointment cards, supplies and equipment to and from the clinics.
- Assist with patient handling as required.
- Assist with preparation of patient transfers to outpatient clinics.
- Secondary clinic duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Partial secondary school up to grade 10 or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to follow procedures and verbal instruction exactly.
- Must possess the flexibility to adapt to daily changes in workload.
- Ability to handle heavy exertion - constant standing and/or walking on a frequent basis.
- Ability to handle heavy physical effort - pushing wheelchairs, stretchers, and other equipment.
- Ability to operate machinery i.e., floor polisher, wet vac etc.
- Ability to handle lifting weight range 40 - 60 lbs.
