**What are we looking for?**

Reporting to the Product Development Manager, this role undertakes a variety of day-to-day tasks that serves as an integral part in product development process and fulfilling our customers’ needs as well as supporting the product development and sales team.

**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for receiving new samples and organization of production samples.
- Maintain the product sample tracking file and follow up with production.
- Prepare costing sheets and opening orders for new collections using Excel.
- Maintain product sales trays for internal sales meetings.
- Maintain showroom fixtures with current collection.
- Send approval samples to the customers.
- Edit and retouch product photos, ensuring product images meet brand standards and specifications for our catalogue using Adobe Photoshop
- Create and update digital materials, including product catalogues and promotional assets, planograms utilizing Photoshop to design and InDesign to edit graphics and layouts.

**What qualifications and skills do you need?**
- Post-secondary education or relevant experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a product development assistant or a similar type of role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and can work independently and in a team environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a definite asset.
- Highly organized and efficient in time management
