You will work with the Digital Products portfolio team to drive business readiness on a number of priority Sales & Marketing projects, assuring and accelerating value capture and enabling people to adopt transformational change.

This role will provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services, support and guidance to the business as including managers and teams impacted by site level digital change and transformation projects. The role will also be accountable for developing solid business relationships and establishing a climate of trust that facilitates dialogue.

Minimum Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in business experience leading enterprise transformational changes
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Development or applicable experience
- Strong business acumen with solid knowledge of change management, organizational effectiveness, culture change
- An excellent understanding and mastery of the Agile approach

**Responsibilities**:

- Assigned to lead change management for Digital Product projects that impact Retail and Wholesale at site level
- Identify, analyze, and present organizational impacts and issues
- Carry out stakeholder analysis and change management impact and risk analysis in consultation with internal stakeholders
- Develop change management strategies that support the adoption of the changes required for implementing a project or initiative and mitigate the potential risks associated with implementing this change
- Develop and implement a transition management plan to motivate stakeholders to achieve objectives, taking into account the organizational culture (i.e. head office versus site level)
- Contribute to strategic thinking and to the change-related communication and training plan
- Plan, organize and monitor the progress of change management efforts and activities, and participate in project meetings and in information and engagement activities
- Establish measurement criteria and parameters to assess the effectiveness of organizational change projects
- Produce the documents required for presentations to business teams and to various steering committees
- Develop a support strategy and support the implementation of change in partnership with the business

Location and other Key Details:

- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 -6th Ave S.W.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
- Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
- Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model to provide our employees with a combination of office-based work and work from home flexibility.
