**The Client**

**The Role**

**Key Requirements**
- Experience problem solving electrical and mechanical machinery malfunction.
- Experience repairing bakery related equipment a strong asset.
- Experience in metal fabrication, welding, milling machine, lathe work and sheet metal work.
- Good set of hand tools.
- Valid British Columbia drivers license.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general mechanical and electrical service repair and maintenance on bakery equipment.
- Experience analyzing equipment malfunction and planning required repairs.
- Solid general metal work skills including welding, blueprinted fabrication, and repair.
- Experience working on client site as well as in shop.
- Ability to work under management or customer direction.
- Experience estimating repair costs and materials.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized workshop.
- Maintenance of shop equipment and tools.
- Maintain appropriate inventory of shop supplies.

**Personal Characteristics**:

- Positive attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well organized with an ability to prioritize.
- Show initiative in bringing new ideas and suggestions to service systems and processes.
- Must be able to demonstrate team player orientation.
