Being a Surgical Assistant means helping the surgeon in the operating room. It means anticipating their actions and preparing their work tools. It means teaming up with them and the other caregivers to support the patient from the start to the end of their experience. **Your tasks at a glance**
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
- You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a broad background in **customer service and retention**, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, and hospitality.
- You have prior experience as an inside sales representative or account executive (an asset).
- You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client follow-up techniques.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- ** You have excellent communication skills, you speak English **_et français aussi. (required)_**:

- ** You can travel to other clinics for training (LASIK MD Brossard, LASIK MD Montreal or other clinics within the province of Quebec) - expenses covered by Vision Group. **_(required)_**
