Junior Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Estimating - quantity take offs from project specs and drawings
- Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to your superior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct quality management activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards
- Support the Senior Project Manager in preparing project documentation and schedules
- Assist in the implementation of projects by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and resolving any issues that may arise

- Ability to navigate and understand architectural and structural drawings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
