**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 year experience
- Proper food handling & storage knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Able to multi-task - manage multiple jobs/simultaneously
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Able to take direction well
- Willing to learn
- Clean & organized
- High level of communication skills
