**OBJECTIF DU POSTE**:
La fonction principale de l’analyste des opérations technologiques du transport est de développer et maintenir les processus, la documentation et l'échange de données des fournisseurs et des transporteurs pour soutenir le suivi et la mesure des informations, l'analyse des données, les outils de rapport et les programmes de certification. Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services afin de mettre en œuvre les technologies émergentes dans un souci d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation continuelle des processus.

**PRINCIPALES TÂCHESETRESPONSABILITÉS**:
Les fonctions et responsabilités de ce poste comprennent, sans s’y limiter:

- Développer ou améliorer la présence numérique de l'équipe du transport à l'interne dans SharePoint et Teams ainsi qu'à l'externe.
- Développer ou améliorer les modules d'échange de données avec les fournisseurs et les transporteurs pour assurer la disponibilité rapide et précise des données transactionnelles sur le transport.
- Aider à l'automatisation et au traitement systémique des réclamations de marchandises de Grainger Canada afin de fournir des informations stratégiques meilleures et plus complètes à la direction.
- Aider à l'automatisation des processus administratifs de l'équipe du transport en utilisant Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI et d'autres outils semblables.
- Être la principale liaison entre l'équipe du transport de Grainger Canada Transport et les contacts en matière de technologie et d'automatisation chez les fournisseurs, les transporteurs, les courtiers et les fournisseurs de services tiers.
- Exécuter et communiquer le contrôle des changements lorsque les informations, les processus, les méthodes ou la conformité des fournisseurs varient par rapport à l'état souhaité.
- Élaborer et maintenir des processus, des procédures opérationnelles normalisées et des politiques pour s'assurer que le rendement des fournisseurs et des transporteurs respecte les spécifications de l'entreprise et du client.
- Participer à des équipes interfonctionnelles de résolution de problèmes portant sur un large éventail de questions allant de l'amélioration des processus à la résolution de problèmes, en passant par l'analyse des causes profondes et la non-conformité.
- Autres tâches assignées à la discrétion du dirigeant de l'équipe.

PROFIL REQUI

**EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:

- Diplôme universitaire en informatique et/ou logistique ou équivalent technique de préférence. Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du transport ou de la logistique serait un atout.
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences techniques et de communication verbale et écrite.
- Avoir beaucoup d’entregent afin de susciter la collaboration au sein de l’équipe, avec les partenaires commerciaux et avec les équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Compétences en gestion du temps supérieures à la moyenne et capacité à effectuer un suivi constant auprès des fournisseurs, des transporteurs, des fournisseurs de service et des autres services.
- Visualiser, conceptualiser et actualiser de nouveaux concepts, systèmes, outils et programmes.
- Compétences organisationnelles axées sur les détails et grand souci du détail.
- Compétences en matière de direction qui comprennent la capacité d’agir comme agent de changement.
