**We will count on you to**:

- Liaise with Stakeholders as single Point of Contact for development teams from multiple stakeholders
- Release Manager to manage multiple releases from stakeholders
- Review CABs for Stage & Production Environments for Quality Assurance
- Conduct/Facilitate sanity testing on production/stage environments
- Project Management and timeline planning
- Report any issues to Stakeholders related to platform
- Code repository management and Environment Access
- Assist Dev teams when troubleshooting issues
- Server Maintenance and tracking
- Communicates environmental issues/outages (including opening vendor tickets - Dev teams can also open tickets for stakeholders specific issues)
- Liaise with stakeholders when needed for LDAP issues, Tunnel issues, Firewall issues
- Open Change Orders, when necessary
- Procurement of SSL certificates in coordination

**What you need to have**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in AEM and content management system would be a plus.
- Expertise in AWS cloud would be plus.
- Be results oriented
- The ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
- Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
