**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a full time Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager who is eager to join a growing team.
The incumbent will contribute to the Personal Lines division and work closely with a team to provide exceptional service while meeting sales targets.
**A day in the life**:
- Maintaining accurate records of new business transactions, accounts receivable, suspense’s, and retained business.
- Servicing a book of personal lines clients.
- Problem-solving regarding different coverages, rating, claims, and competition.
- Assisting with marketing of accounts.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external vendors.
- Providing client support throughout the claims process.
- Building relationships with clients and recommending the appropriate coverage to suit their individual needs.
- Maintaining a client portfolio which includes computer filing and company software.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong data entry and typing proficiency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency using a BMS.
**Education & experience**:
- Minimum three years’ insurance experience.
- RIBO license is required.
- CIP, CRM, or another insurance designation is considered an asset.
Pay: From $20.82 per hour
