**Responsibilities**
- Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for opening procedures, assignment of duties, day to day office routine, handling guest inquiries, lost and found and assisting the Housekeeping Department with any other tasks as required.
- Supervision and maintenance of hotel’s laundry and linen room.
- Provide guests with an exceptional level of service.
- Assist in Training and monitor performance of room attendants and house persons.
- Ensure that the Hotel is maintained to the highest standards, and that work is always performed in a safe and professional manner.
- Liaise with Front Office to coordinate on any guest requests and to resolve any guest or hotel issues promptly
- Responsible for overseeing team members’ productivity and quality.
- Observe and follow the established Emergency, Fire and Health & Safety procedures, and work in a prudent and safe manner.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure the upkeep of all areas of the hotel.
- Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas as required.
- Preform Other job-related duties may be assigned by the associate’s supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Must have the ability to communicate in English and have excellent telephone skills and superior communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to lead by example
- Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and have strong organizational and computer skills
- Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Must have the ability to work with others and on own without supervision
- Must be able to resolve problems
- Must have the ability to control inventory and related expenses
- Must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
- Must be able to communicate well with guests
- Must have knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment
- Must be flexible to work days, weekends and holidays
- Previous housekeeping experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Hotel experience: 1 year (preferred)
